Fahmi is a Senior Associate at Lim & Co with more than seven years of experience in corporate and commercial legal practice. Prior to joining Lim & Co, he worked at several prominent law firms in Indonesia, where he advised both domestic and international clients across various industries.
During his professional career, Fahmi has been involved in a wide range of corporate transactions, legal due diligence exercises, licensing matters, and company liquidation processes. He has also assisted clients in addressing regulatory and commercial issues by providing practical and commercially focused legal advice tailored to clients’ business needs.
Fahmi obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree from Trisakti University and was admitted as an advocate under the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) in 2025. He is known for his careful approach, attention to detail, and practical perspective in handling corporate and commercial legal matters.

Marwan is a Senior Associate at Lim & Co with expertise in both litigation and corporate law. He started his Legal career at an international law firm in Indonesia and has worked at several reputable law firms in Jakarta. Before joining Lim & Co, Marwan also worked as an Individual Legal Consultant at the Ministry of Public Works and Housing Finance (PUPR), helping to coordinate housing finance assistance programs with key stakeholders. Besides his litigation skills, Marwan is experienced in alternative dispute resolution (ADR), handling cases outside of court efficiently and effectively.
Marwan a skilled litigation lawyer with proven expertise in handling copyright infringement cases. Experienced in representing clients in both civil and commercial courts, providing effective legal strategies to protect and enforce copyright rights. Strong advocate with deep knowledge of intellectual property laws and practical experience.
He graduated from the Islamic State University (UIN) Jakarta and was actively involved in various organizations during his studies. Marwan is a licensed Advocate under the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI)

Her professional journey includes a years of experience as a legal staff member at a state-owned enterprise (BUMN), followed by a years at a prominent law firm where she honed her advocacy skills.
Throughout her career, she has handled a wide range of civil and criminal cases. Notably, she represented clients in a high-profile divorce case involving a public figure in Indonesia, as well as in a complex embezzlement case at an international bank.
